The high-density material is naturally hydrophobic, ensuring zero leakage when holding blood, body fluids and disinfectant solutions. It won't deform under stacking and extrusion during long-distance bulk transportation, effectively avoiding liquid leakage, contamination and product returns.

• Safety Locking Structure

 

Adopts one-time irreversible safety buckle design. Once sealed after full filling, it locks permanently and cannot be reopened, fully complying with mandatory medical waste disposal standards.Designed in strict accordance with Medical Waste Management Regulations and relevant medical institution waste management rules. The tight closure gap is within 0.1cm, preventing unauthorized prying open. It effectively eliminates the risk of medical sharp wastes flowing out.

 

• Pressure resistance and drop resistance

 

It remains free from deformation when stacked in 50 layers at normal temperature. It will not crack and the seal won't loosen after free drop from 3 meters height. It can still maintain good toughness stably even under low temperature of -15℃.

No recycled waste plastic or inferior plasticizers are added throughout production.
